“Yamal PROart” is a cultural and educational project implemented by the Cultural and Business Center of the Okrug capital since 2010 on the territory of the cities of Salekhard and Labytnangi within the framework of the state program of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug “Main directions of cultural development for 2014 – 2020”.

“Yamal PROart” – a project
aimed at familiarizing the younger generation with the values ​​of national and world culture. As part of the educational project, events are held that cover various types of musical and theatrical art: concerts, music and literary lectures, literary and musical lessons, concert programs,
theatrical performances with the participation of leading actors and musicians of Russia. Over the past 7 years, 25 creative meetings have taken place. On the stage of the Cultural and Business Center classic works of Russian literature were presented: “Dark Alleys” based on the novellas by I. Bunin, “Love boat crashed against everyday life” by V. Mayakovsky,
“The soul would like to be a star” by F.I. Tyutchev, concert program
“Woe from Wit”, based on the comedy of the same name by A.S. Griboyedov, “The Captain’s Daughter” and the literary and musical program “There was a blizzard …” based on stories by A.S. Pushkin. In addition to literary classics, there are events dedicated to the events of the First and Second World Wars, programs,
aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and family values.
Every year, when forming the repertoire plan of the Yamal PRO art project, the institution carries out large-scale work. First of all, the analysis of school programs is carried out, and the recommendations of directors of general education institutions are taken into account. Based on the repertoire of the Philharmonic,
concert organizations, theaters in Russia that create programs for the school audience, there is a formation of proposals for events. The project partners are concert associations and organizations throughout Russia, such as “Moskontsert”, St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution of Culture “Petersburg-Concert”,
autonomous cultural institution of the Omsk region “Omsk Philharmonic”, the state autonomous institution “Kurgan Philharmonic”, the state autonomous institution of culture of the Yaroslavl region Yaroslavl State Philharmonic, the Commonwealth of theater and cinema artists “Poisk” (Moscow), the Commonwealth of actors and musicians “Golden Lion”

Moscow), St. Petersburg Educational Theater for Young Spectators “New Generation” and others.
During the existence of the cultural and educational project, the number of visitors to the events is about 10,000 people. Students take part in literary and music lessons with great interest. Yamal schoolchildren,
students and teachers speak warmly about the activities of the project. Spectators note the talent and professionalism of the actors, express their gratitude for the emotions and impressions received, for interesting, rich meetings and a variety of events offered.

the musical lesson “Poetry of the Silver Age” was held at a high level, I really liked the artist – the master of artistic words Mikhail Reznikov. Expanding the framework of cooperation, the Cultural and Business Center works not only with schools and vocational schools, but also with the commission on minors’ affairs and protection of their rights under the Administration of the Moscow region of Salekhard.

“This time GAU YANAO” Cultural and Business Center “invited all children who are on various types of registration in all educational institutions of the city,
including teenagers from the Yamal Multidisciplinary College and the Polar Agroeconomic College, parents, for a literary and musical lesson “Leningrad Metronome: 900 days.”
Through music, poetic means at this event, they revealed the concepts of heroism, heroism and memory,
introduced to the heroic deeds of the defenders and residents of the city – the hero of Leningrad. Tatyana Yuryeva performed the poems of O. Bergolts, S. Smirnov, V. Lifshits and other poets, who tell about the terrible events of that time, about how children worked in unbearable conditions, constant bombing and shelling.

Over the years of the project, performances have been shown, in which the soloist of the Yaroslavl State Philharmonic, Honored Artist of Russia, master of artistic expression Lev Evilevich took part,
soloist of the Omsk Philharmonic Society and master of artistic words Tatyana Yurieva, People’s Artist of Russia Sergei Novozhilov, Lidia Alekseevskaya – Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (soprano), soloist of the Kurgan Opera Entrepreneurship, artist of the Moscow Drama Theater. K.S. Stanislavsky Alexander Sinyukov, People’s Artist of Russia Vladimir Borisov,
theater and cinema artist Yuri Reshetnikov, who took part in the project three times and others.
Complex measures involving aesthetic education through the use of the synthesis of arts play a great role in the education of literary taste, in the formation of the motivation of adolescent reading. This includes literary and musical lessons.
This format of work with young people helps to broaden their horizons, develop creative activity, and enhance the general culture. Based on the principles of combining literary texts of different genre, style and rhythm, musical fragments united by a common idea, this form allows a brighter and more emotional impact on schoolchildren,
while helping them to compare, reflect and draw conclusions. The use of individual bright design details helps to emphasize the era, convey a specific idea, and create an emotional atmosphere of immersion in art.
Successful implementation of the Yamal PRO art project allows solving a number of problems
with which residents of the district capital are often accustomed to encounter. Territorial remoteness, a complex transport scheme, the lack of professional teams and, as a result, high prices for events of visiting teams and artists – all this leads to the fact that
that the overwhelming majority of children do not have the opportunity to join the “living” art. Open access to cultural values ​​allows you to raise the moral and spiritual culture of the younger generation, as well as help in defining values.
