Equipping with special equipment for disabled people:

• the building is equipped with a staff call button (located near the railing at the entrance to the building), an electric lift and a wheelchair ramp, the handrails of which have a horizontal end with a non-traumatic end (rounding);
• for persons with visual imairmant, an information and acoustic board is located at the entrance group of the building, which displays basic information about the work of the Institution, as well as about upcoming events; on the entrance doors of the building there are contrasting yellow circles, at the entrance to the building there is a mnemonic diagram with the building plan, sound beacon with audio navigation. All information signs in the building are duplicated in Braille, a telephone with enlarged buttons and Braille is placed at the guard post, the entrances to the concert hall and the entrance to the cashier of the Institution are also equipped with sound beacons;
• the ladies’ and men’s toilet rooms of the institution were reequipped in accordance with the requirements (the accessibility sign was applied on the doors, the door openings were expanded, special handrails and sinks were installed);
• a parking lot for disabled people has been allocated near the institution;
• a removable wheelchair is located at the security post, tel. 3-85-46;
• sign language interpreter service for people with hearing impairments (hearing and sight), tel. 3-85-28;
• service for accompanying persons with disabilities, tel. 3-85-56;
• access to an alternative version of the official website of GAU YANAO “CDC” on the Internet for the visually impaired, questions by tel. 3-85-56.

These Rules are communicated to consumers of services (hereinafter referred to as viewers) by posting them in the box office of the “Cultural and Business Center” and on the official website kdc.yanao.ru.

The procedure for granting benefits:

For categories:

• preschool children;
• students of general education organizations.

For an individual visit, a privilege is established in the form of the provision of a service (services) at reduced prices in the amount of 10% of the ticket price.

For a group visit, a benefit is established in the form of providing a service (s) at reduced prices in the following amount:

• from 3 to 10 people in the amount of 20% of the ticket price;
• from 11 to 20 people in the amount of 30% of the ticket price;
• from 21 to 30 people in the amount of 40% of the ticket price;
• from 31 and more people in the amount of 50% of the ticket price

For categories:

• disabled persons and persons accompanying them;
• military personnel doing military service on call;
• children from large families;
• inmates of boarding schools and orphanages;
• foster parents, guardians (trustees) who adopted orphans and children left without parental care, as well as their family members.

For an individual visit to the event, a discount is established in the form of the provision of services (services) at reduced prices in the amount of 50% of the ticket price.

For categories:

• invalids and participants of the Great Patriotic War and categories equated to them.

When visiting an event individually, a benefit is established in the form of free provision of the service (s).

The privilege is granted upon presentation of documents giving the right to use the privilege in the provision of the corresponding public service.
