The volunteer service at the Cultural and Business Center was organized in 2012. During this time, the volunteers have firmly become part of the staff of the Institution and have become an integral part of it.

At present, the process of implementing public volunteer associations is significant in Russia. Culture is the environment in which human life takes place, which means
and the life of the whole society, acts as a means of collecting, storing and transferring human experience, in this regard, the work of volunteers in the field of culture today is relevant and in demand for the institutions of the district and Russia.

Successes of the Cultural and Business Center in organizing creative events,
projects are directly related to the enthusiasm and love for their work of our volunteers. Not a single significant cultural event, not a single project takes place without the feasible participation of volunteers.

It is useful to be a volunteer in the Cultural and Business Center:

• interesting acquaintances and new friends; gaining valuable life experience;
• cultural studies;
• overcoming one’s own problems and complexes (self-doubt, difficulties in communication, shyness);
• opportunity for creative self-realization, personal growth and development of organizational skills;
• the opportunity to meet with the stars of Russian cinema,
  pop music and even world-class stars.

The main activities of the volunteer service are:

• planning and holding cultural events;
• participation in advertising and PR-actions;
• sending out invitations and distributing presentation products of the Institution;
• assistance in carrying out animation programs and opinion polls (as an institution for interviewers);
• decoration for holidays and cultural events.
